Structural Integration-Myofascial Release

  • $100 Per Session

It is a 5 step (5 visit) series of goal-oriented processes in which the therapist makes suggestions for efficiency in the body.
Addresses the adaptive properties of fascia, which has the ability to take over muscle, bone and ligament functions, thus allowing, creating and suggesting to the body ways for moving/standing that are not efficient or comfortable.
  • See the adaptive property of fascia in this short clip:

Now hear and see a lecture that explains fascial restriction.
